Disclosures

Please read our disclosures to gain transparency of our products. This is a necessary step before completing your check-out.

ꕤ Please be advised that certain chemicals and sulfates can cause jewelry gold colors to fade. This is why it is important to: Avoid contact with chemicals and cleaning products as a general precaution. It's recommended that you remove anything that may come into contact with these products when handling them.  For swimming pools and the ocean, effects may vary depending on chlorine and sodium levels. Fusia Kī also advises to avoid dishwater, spa treatments, or going into any hot springs with our jewelry which can contain higher concentrations of chemicals and minerals.

ꕤ For optimal protection of your jewelry, it is advised to refrain from applying perfume directly onto it. The alcohol component in fragrance can cause gradual harm to your jewelry. Rather, use the scent on your body before wearing your beloved jewelry and allow a few minutes for it to settle in.

ꕤ We recommend washing the piece with mild soap and pure water for the best results. Avoid using cleaning products, as they can damage the item. This method is safe for daily use and effectively removes grease. Be sure to dry the piece thoroughly; a hair dryer can be used if needed.

ꕤ For safe and effective polishing of your items, it is imperative that you use a flannel cloth (included with the purchase of your jewelry piece). Uric acid, chemicals, and intense light can all cause oxidation, but using a clean cloth can easily be remedied. Ensure you always have a flannel cloth for prompt and efficient cleaning.

ꕤ To ensure the safety and longevity of your jewelry, it is crucial to store it in a clean and dry spot. It is wise to avoid exposing it to sunlight, humidity, light, and scented or dyed materials as much as possible. Doing so allows you to preserve your jewelry for an extended period.

ꕤ Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of the medium, exact colors and patterns may vary slightly from the image shown in particular items.

ꕤ Please acknowledge that bangles that have a snap clasp may need adjusting here and there over time, meaning if your bangle's snap clasp becomes loose over time, please take the top part of the bangle, turn it facing down, and apply pressure to it on a hard surface. This will make the top part of the bangle go down to snap like brand new. In some cases, the top part will need to be surface-level with the bottom part of the bangle.

ꕤ We do not act as a scholarly resource for any type of information you may find on our website. Please do your own due diligence.

ꕤ Tahitian pearls and Hawai’i’an sunrise shell notice: Advisement of Tahitian Pearl Jewelry pieces: Please understand that Tahitian pearls are all one of a kind; while they may look similar to each other, they all differ in look from each other in different lighting. As mentioned above, the colors in Tahitian pearls shift shades in different lighting therefore bringing forth an iridescence color. While Fusia Kī does its best to be as transparent as possible, we try to display  photos of pearls in different lighting, different angles (to see the shape of the pearl better), and the pearl as a whole. While we pride ourselves on the beauty of the pearls we utilize in our pieces, please understand that no pearl is completely perfect, and some pearls may have small, tiny, or minor markings. We do try to use the best sides of the pearls when it comes to our bracelets and rings; therefore, the part that is not visible (the back side/side of the pearl) may have these imperfections we are talking about. We try to use only the very best for our floater pendants. However, some floaters can have tiny imperfections, smaller indentations, or slight discoloration. Fusia Kī will do its best to display these minor details in the product photos, so please look closely at these pictures when purchasing a Tahitian pearl piece(s) from our website. For every Hawai’i’an sunrise shell product, Fusia Ki lists the exact product and shell in each individual Product listing page (PLP), because our Hawai’i’an sunrise shells are authentic and not faux shells, color hues, shape of shells, and the rigidness of the shell can vary from jewelry piece to jewelry piece. Fusia Kī guarantees not to sell any Hawai’i’an sunrise shell jewelry pieces with holes in or chips on them.

ꕤ Some of our designs are half designs vs. full designs when it comes to our bangles, bracelets, rings, etc. Please look in the description to verify if the design on the piece is a full/all-around design or a half/front-facing design.

ꕤ Unless otherwise stated, if the product material is different from 300 Series stainless steel, or the type of stainless steel, please acknowledge that the stainless steel will be in the 300 series category of stainless steel.
