Refund & Return Policy 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item (day marked by the delivery service, as delivered) to request a return.

All refunds are issued in the same form as was utilized for payment, or if requested for store credit. Once your return package has been received, processed, and restocked at Fusia Kī, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within 7 business days after the inspection period, at which time you will be notified by email. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@fusiaki.com if you have not received your refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, no scratches or broken parts, with tags, and in its original packaging and gift box. Returns that have been worn, damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Order number) through the return portal on our website.

To start a return, please initiate the process on your own through the return portal. The amount to ship it back will be deducted from the refund amount + plus a 3% restocking fee. In the instance of a defective item, please contact us via email so we can evaluate the situation to conclude a viable solution. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped within 5 days of approval; otherwise, your return is nullified and invalid. We reserve the right to refuse any return sent to us without our knowledge, consent, or approval. Please allow us 5 business days of the inspection period to process your return once the package has been received at our facility. Once your return is approved through inspection, you will be notified via email of your refund. We are not responsible for any returns shipped without our consent. If this occurs, your package will be refused and returned to you.

𓂁Fusia Kī is not responsible for any damage done to your jewelry once you have worn it. We do not cover broken Jewelry pieces in instances due to roughhousing. Please see our full return & exchange policy at the bottom of this page.

𓂁This return formula only applies to situations to Hawaiian sunrise shell and Tahitian pearl pieces, or stones dismantling. For stones dismantling, it must be within 1 month of purchase, and it only applies for repair if we still have the item in stock. The 3-month warranty only applies to Hawaiian sunrise shells and Tahitian pearl pieces.

 

𖡼 Within 7 days of wearing the piece = You pay the shipping fee to us, we pay the shipping fee to send it back to you.

𖡼 Within 7 days of wearing the piece = no fee is incurred besides the one-way shipping fee.

𖡼 Out of 7-day warranty = you pay the shipping fee to us, you pay the shipping fee back to you.

𖡼 Out of 3-month warranty (Only applies to Tahitian Pearl and Hawaiian sunrise shell pieces = we have a $20 repair fee for each item + the two-way shipping fee (to us and back to you). This will ensure your piece is repaired to brand new condition, dependent on the type of repair and if any additional materials are needed.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

EXCHANGES

We do not process exchanges. Due to the limited nature of our merchandise, Fusia Kī regrets that we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchanges that are not of the same style. Because we cannot guarantee a hold on an exchanged item, the quickest way is to place a new order for the item you want and return your original order.

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

(FUSIA KĪ DOES NOT SHIP ITEMS INTERNATIONALLY FOR NOW)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
